Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.
  • Express Delivery (Selected Areas): In some areas, such as Bradford, Sheffield, and Leeds, we offer next-day delivery (subject to stock availability and order confirmation).
  • Overall Range: Delivery time is typically 1–3 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, excluding certain remote postcodes (e.g., some Highlands and Islands). If you are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery is free of charge unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-reach areas. These will always be made clear before checkout.

Delivery Process

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • When your order is dispatched, we’ll provide you with delivery updates by email or SMS (if applicable).
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Failed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave a calling card with further instructions. Re-delivery charges may apply if multiple attempts are required.
