Wondro Furniture – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wondro Furniture, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it. If we confirm the issue is on our part, you’ll receive a full refund for the product cost.
Statutory Cancellation
Certain items may not be covered under statutory cancellation rights if they are not part of the product specification. For upholstered furniture, statutory cancellation applies only in cases where the item is faulty, missing parts, or not as described.
Assembly of Items
We only accept returns for items that have not been assembled. Once an item has been assembled, we cannot verify whether the fault is due to manufacturing or occurred during assembly.
If you encounter a fault during assembly, please stop immediately and contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.
